AMB TRAVELS LLC acts solely as a travel advisor, planner, concierge and intermediatey for travel related services provided by independent third party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruises, boat companies, tour operators, activity providers, guides, restaurants and destination management companies.

AMB TRAVELS LLC does not own, operate or control these independent suppliers and therefore cannot guarantee their performance, availability, pricing, schedule changes, or quality of service or changes. By engaging the services of AMB TRAVELS LLC, clients acknowledge and accept that all travel arrangements are subject to availability and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, health emergencies, border restrictions, acts of terrorism, transportation strikes, force majeure events and other unforeseen circumstances.

AMB TRAVELS LLC shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, illness, damage, accident, delay, cancellation, missed connections, baggage loss, additional expenses or any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the acts, omissions or failures of any third party supplier or events beyond or control.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, travel documents, vaccination requirements and comply with all destination entry regulations.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers and should include coverage for trip cancellations, medical emergency, evacuation, delays and loss of personal belongings.
